For the sake of honesty I'm putting in my weight today. Here's what's up. Last Friday my mom and aunt came into town, and suddenly every meal we ate for two straight days was out. Then on Monday, I realized I was out of brown rice, so I substituted corn chips with my tuna at lunch and had meat and vegetables for dinner. By Wednesday, I felt like the Goodyear blimp so I got on the scale, sure enough I was up up up! 5 pounds!

I feel like there is a basketball in my belly! I did cook my zucchini squash casserole and I've had it for lunch and dinner for two days. Personally, I feel better, but the basketball has only shrunk minimally. Monday, I'm making a commitment to start running again. Its been a few weeks, but too long. Gotta get back out there.

just remember to run very early in the morning if the weather is as hot as it has been here in Pennsylvania. high 90's with heat index in the hundreds. Been swimming in my sons pool 4 nights this week water is warm, Go about 6:30 or 7 pm sun is on the other side of his house then swim for about an hour. boy do I sleep after that.as for the weight gain it will go away. have a wonderful weekend said a prayer for you that you find the formula that helps you lose weight.
