Down another half a pound... lowest since being sick!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2051 kcal Fat: 123.30g | Prot: 168.51g | Carb: 63.06g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Whey Protein, Advantage Mocha Latte Shake, espresso, half and half, sugar free vanilla syrup, sugar free caramel syrup. Lunch: yogurt, atkins advantage chocolate royale shake, nut and flax granola, jay robb. Dinner: mozzarella cheese, canadian bacon, pepperoni, Papa John's marinara sauce, pineapple. Snacks/Other: russell stover sugar free peanut butter cup. more...

I'm trying of course the weather right now is playing havoc with my nerves! OMG snow and more snow but not enough to make it fun just enough to make it icy and dangerous!
