It was a very good week. I got some new buddies and stayed on track. I love this plan. I am not going to call it a diet, it is a way of life. 2 pounds down and 22 to go to lose 24 pounds by my December birthday. Wouldn't that be a great Christmas present? Thanks to all who give me encouragement.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job and that absolutely would be a great Christmas and birthday present! I agree about it being a way of life. I hate the word diet. It sets us up for failure.
