Ya I weighed myself in on saturday and this is what the scale said.....boo hoo hoo....terrible. NOTE TO SELF, STOP EATING CRAP AND START EXERCISING THE FULL 45 MINS....*
134.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 11.7 lb a week

I'm sorry you we're disappointed. But you gotta keep it up! I was hoping I wouldn't get headaches cause I don't drink coffee and I hardly ever drink sodas but I guess I forgot about everything else I eat that's loaded with sugar. Anyway, Hope everything works out for you =)

We all hit those hard days! Just remember you can start being better at the very next meal, you don't have to blow a whole day or week. Look at how well you have done so far and don't beat yourself up over a few bad days! Good luck!
