Down a pound today. :) Also not sure if it'll stick. But it's still nice to see. ^.^ lol. Tired this morning too. Stayed up late reading.

Signed up for a 3 month membership at the gym yesterday. And they had a special going where I get 3 months free, for signing up for that long. ^.^ Also I can use the free months for myself, or hubs can use them when he gets home so we can go together. Its really a good deal. Didn't make it to the shoe store yesterday either. :/ I really have to go today about those. I walked/jogged 1/2 a mile in 8mins at the gym before Jules had a fit in the childcare room. She just wouldn't calm down, so we ended up going home. Then I did the 8 min abs routine, and dances for 30mins. I can feel it today too. My sides are sore, the back of my thighs, and my butt. So did good yesterday on exercise and diet. :D

Going to try and get to the gym after breakfast today. I'm hoping Jules' mood will be better that time of day. I at least want to get in 2 miles on the treadmill if nothing else.

Jada, Congrats on taking that step to join a gym! Jules will adjust to the new place. Just keep trying. I like how even though you didn't get to stay at the gym you did other things once you got home. Great Job!

Nice job on the walk/jog! I haven't started jogging yet. I agree with Darbo, Jules probably just needs to adjust. What does your 8 min abs routine consist of?

I was a member at the gym back in September when it was still hot and humid in Florida. Then Let my membership expire in October, because the weather was so beautiful. :) We spent most of the last month and a half going to the park and walking there. Also I worked out at home alot too. ^.^ I dance everyday, just not so intense, or for 30mins at a time. Thanks you for the Congrats and encouragement Darbo. :D And Thank you too Britt! :D I've been jogging for about a month now. Took awhile for my body to gain some muscle and become use to walking. Then the urge to start jogging just kinda hit me out of no where and the next thing I knew I had bought a new pair of jogging shoes and a jogging stroller. haha. But since the weather is cooling down, it'll soon be too cold to walk/jog with Jules in her stroller. :( I'm hoping she adjusts soon, we're going to try going this morning at 10am. It'll give me time to digest breakfast some, and she'll have a couple of hours before she's due to go down for her nap. She's generally happy this time of day, so I'm hoping lol. The ab workout is the same one on the Ab challenge I'm in. The link for it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNqrkGnkUWc

well the ab link didn't post right. But you can find it by searching '8 min abs' on youtube. It's the first one that comes up, and the video starts with a picture of a pond and a big weeping willow tree. Then a guy in blue spandex knee length shorts is laying on his back talking to you. :P Everytime I do it, I'm like 'That's it? Darn that was short' lol. But it still makes you burn.
