Oh my gosh, I did it. Goal 1 complete. The exercise had to play a Hugh role. Almost 20 miles of walking. The influx of fruits and salads were also a big help. My two cookies days were horrible. 8 servings of chocolate chip cookies was probably close to a 1/2 pound of weight. Next week will be even better. I don't want to be low miserable and fat anymore. I can control myself. Next week going for 242 lbs. and zero cookies. Here I come.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
