I am back on track! I can't believe how much I gained in between, but I'm back at my lowest recent weight, and planning to continue the downward trend. I really hope that every month doesn't bring me the same issues - I'll have to work hard to prevent that from happening.

Does anyone besides me watch the percentage of people on each diet? There seem to be a lot of recent changes away from SB. Any idea why?
174.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job...down to your lowest weight! WAY TO GO ! Its hard work, but well worth it ! I hadnt noticed alot of people changing from SB...Ive noticed some new names on here though...maybe there are just more people joining all diets...and less new are joining SB, so the other percentages are going up more....whatever the reason Im staying put, Its been successful so far for me...and Im not one to mess with success ! LOL

yes! Great job! I noticed the percentages changing a month ago and then SB became the 'it' diet again. Normal fluctuation, I think? It's summer so maybe as people workout outside more they feel they need more carbs? LOL

I'm sticking with SBD!!! I took out the Fat Smash book from the library & although the plan seems like it makes sense I cannot eat only fruits & veggies for 9 days!!!
