Soooo Excited!!! I know I will plateau soon but love the quickness of the first few pounds leaving:))) Oh and I didn't input my weight till monday, I weighed myself last thursday, then again today.The rate of loss is 'off' I will be more regular as to when I weigh in Versus inputing it..
219.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
