Day 2: I have to consume the total 2472 cal, I woke up not feeling too hungry , but went to bed last night grinning that today was my 'up' day hahaha I have also set my water times, I have three 24oz bottles of water the first bottle I drink before 10am, the second I drink before 2pm and the last one I drink before 8pm. I space it out pretty well so I don't have the 'drowned' feeling any longer. I did my workout after class last night like I had hoped I was going to. It about killed me, I worked for 20min, and still had almost half of my workout to go. I stopped when I felt like I had to. I will complete it today after work. My body hates me, which is a good thing..So I'm in good spirits :)
