still retaining a little water but i got antsy and checked my weight this morning. I'm on the borderline between 150 and 140's. I can't wait to be on the next border line. even 139 will be exciting for me. I don't feel very far away from my overall goal now. We have postponed our wedding for another year and i'm kind of excited about it. now i know i will look great in my wedding dress. =)
150.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
