been drinking too much lately. worried for caloric reasons. we almost have every last ounce of wheat out of the house and once it's gone we will no longer be partaking in the evil wheat. haven't had time to weigh myself in the ams. will try to tomorrow. i did have a little too much salt though yesterday.
