I had a historical moment yesterday. I... went jogging. the very first jog i ever jogged. the elliptical and and treadmills got nothin on this! and i was really sore in the upper thigh area. I prolly looked like i was about to croak (I got some concerned looks from passers by.) I even felt like i might croak but i pressed onward! it was sweaty, "breath taking", and embarrassing. but all my neighbors on the block are going to have to get used to it! after i leave my invisible wheel chair i'll be a jogging machine!

Good on you :). Jogging is awesome. It depends on how you run on where you ache. I am a 'front' runner as I run in vibrams & after the first couple of times I would just hobble about for dayss ;). But it does get easier!!!
