Taking it on the chin, posting my number, and back at it. hopefully I'll be under 270 by the weekend.

I don't know what it is but if terrible things can get in the way of your goals they will. I refuse to make an excuse or feel sorry for myself, it's a waste of time and energy to do so.

Back at it.
272.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
