Kman24's Journal, 13 November 2010

Looks like I might have to back off the intense weight training a bit for a while if I wan't to lose any more weight..Body Fat % going down which tells me I am gaining lean muscle mass, which I love, but really want to get at least another 10 lbs of fat off, think it will take a long time if I continue everything I am doing at this point, psychologically this kills me.. but I hate to back off of something that in the end is helping me reach the other end of the goal that of adding lean muscle mass, and to which I feel I have come so far.. but might get results faster at this point if I emphasize just the weight loss end for now, while still maintaining some basic weight training just lowering the intensity a bit? =)
206.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you lift, you need to focus on your health and how your clothes fit instead of the number on the scale. You will get leaner faster with what you are doing. Losing on the scale doesn't guarantee it will be all fat. You may end up losing muscle as well which is what you don't want to do. Those last pounds come off slowly usually any way. I would just keep doing what you are doing. Plenty of protein, fruits, and veggies to reduce your body fat and weights to build muscle. You are doing great.
