good morning all. weight escalating again, but not unanticipated. eating a lot. exercising a lot too. I'll straighten it out and get back on track. wishing you all a productive and safe Thursday.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
