280 even today. :) If I'm lucky tomorrow will show 279.5 lbs on the scale. Had a yummy dinner last night. My new favorite dish actually. lol. Sauteed carrots, carmelized onions, green onions for some color, and ground turkey over white rice, oh and some fresh garlic in there too. Yum.

Plans for today: Fold more laundry and put it away. Jules goes behind me and tries to unfold stacks of clothing while I'm putting others where they go. grr. lol. After lunch My sister, Jules and I are going to the park for a walk, I'm hoping Jules will take a nap while we walk. Then we're going to visit the Circus later in the afternoon. :) It'll be Jules' first trip to the circus! :D And if it's not too much trouble, we might go by the kid's clothing store that I love in town and get Jules a few more long sleeved shirts.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That does sound yummy. I've been trying to trick my bf with using turkey instead of ground beef in some dishes. It sounds like you have a fun day planned. I love the circus, I hope Jules does too!

WOOT WOOT to 280! Love the ground turkey, almost never buy ground beef anymore. Had turkey burger (no roll) with roasted cauliflower tonight and it was YUMMY, made hubby some potato wedges (his favorite) and I had a couple of them. Used to make 3 potatos and we would eat them all. Amazing... the changes we have made isn't it?

Thanks Babs! :) The changes are really awesome! I feel so much better because of them, and life just seems to get a little easier with every pound that's shed. :) I hope you had a good day too. I'll go look at your journal in a bit, or tomorrow morning. We had a loooong day today. 3 miles at the park, then spend the last 2 hours at the Circus with my sister and Jules. :) So I'm really really tired tonight.
