Nothing like working out in the hot, humid weather doing yardwork to get a pound or two to budge - LOL!

New computer is up and running....so far, so good. Can't believe how much faster it's running than the old one!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
