12 weeks today.

I've lost 21.8 lbs, which is an average of 1.8 lbs per week. It is 33.5% of my weight loss goal of 65 lbs, and a 10.7% decrease in my body weight.

I am now smaller than I've been in ~years~. :)
181.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
