Day 4: 154.6--Finally some momentum. A little sore from exercise (that overuse kind of feeling vs 'good' soreness) and hope I can continue daily workout on the eliptical. Need to find an alternate. I love to run but can't tolerate it anymore unfortunately. 19.6 lb to go.
