I probably should've eaten more today, but I really didn't have an appetite at all for some reason. Maybe it's the summer heat....

Harvest Pea Snaps 1.5 oz. 195 cal
Shop Rite maple salmon burger without bun 240 cal
Prepared fresh salad - Not sure about the calories but I used only a little dressing, no croutons or cheese.
Diet Turkey Hill Lemon Iced Tea
294.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
