The scale doesn't show the victory I had yesterday. I had every unhealthy trigger around me to eat too much, drink too much, and generally engross myself in unhealthy activities. Instead I ate reasonably, avoided all the alcohol and when we baked cookies at the end of the night; I picked 2 and enjoyed them thoroughly with a cold glass of almond milk. Success in my book.
