Well maintained my weight yesterday... started eating less due to RDI going down and wondering if I'm not eating enough. I ate the new granola mixed with my lc yogurt YUMMY!
252.5 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
