Struggling with Halloween candy. Any candy, not just Halloween candy, quickly gets out of control in my hands. I would like to learn how to enjoy candy in moderation. Is that even possible? Nobody ever says "Gee I'd like to enjoy cabbage in moderation!"

Working on gratitiude this week. I have so much to be thankful for.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
