I started another Healthy Liing challenge at work for the summer. This will help me stay on track through the vacation months when I would normally lose all focus :-) I was surprised in the first week when I lost 3 lbs. Took a while to get back on the exercise routine, but I hope I am on track there. Trying to change things up and do other stuff other than the treadmill since it is nice outside. I gotta pick up the pace and push myself.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.6 lb a week
