Feeling down haven't lost any weight this week and I haven't cheated. Maybe I've stalled because I haven't had enough water intake or maybe because I ate nuts. Info anyone?











204.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

13 pounds is great. Your body is just leveling out.

Adding water can't hurt. Also change something, eat more, eat less, exercise more, exercise less. Your body might just need a change to unsettle things again. Congrats on the progress so far. You're doing great!
