Wow! I'm so excited! This makes 20lbs that I've lost. That's 10% of my total weight, and 31% of my weight loss goal!

I have to say that i feel it's directly related to me turning it over to God yesterday, and I give Him all the glory! I keep remembering that God wants us healthy, so Satan must want us unhealthy. Satan came to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly!

183.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
