We too the doctor on Tues to review lab results. Liver results are high again. She felt probably due to weight gain. She made a goal for me to lose by March when back in. Worked hard rest of last week and it did payoff. Just need to keep going until March.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
