Still struggling w the weekend. Cant seem to find the time/energy to enter calories! Must DO through each day!

Found when at low point I need to cut way back on coffeine. I think that tends to make me eat more and rest less. The low weight pts are times when I need more rest to be able to hold the eating and workouts.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
