No matter how good I stick to what I stick in my face, without that physical exersice, it is not working. I do feel better, and I am not craving anything. Overall, I would call this week a success, and I will do better next week!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
