Went to shop for exercise equipment. My husband pretended not to know me when I got on the equipment to check it out. I have a staionary bike but I have loaned it out to some one who had surgery for their theropy. I am not sure what I want or need.

The elliptical is nice because it is low impact for your joints but gives you a great workout. I bought mine and Costco in Aug. and uses it daily.

I'm so happy that I have a really nice home gym, we had a spare room so we just went for it. I have a weider 3 station weight machine with a stepper, a weight bench and free weights, a recumbant bike and a total gym as well as a tv with tapes and access to t v exercises..I stopped using the gym in May when I hurt my back really bad but will be getting back into it, I do tend to use it more in the snowy months as I'm outside most of the spring summer and fall when weather permits...I'm very active on our propety as I have huge gardens and woods trails that I maintain by hand as well as a pond.
