i didn't really want to put today's weight in, but the app is making me. We just got back from along weekend at the ranch. I ate pretty much what I wanted and paid for it. the kids got out of school yesterday and we just left Barro's pizza. DJ is doing well - we Skyped with him on M's Day. My mom skipped Gypsy and got Izzy instead. The market is off its highs, but still up nicely. Need to eat better and bring the intensity back to my workouts.
