I am very upset with my 0.9 pound gain. I see now that I must keep too my exercise schedule and diet. I am not going to let this be an upset for me, I am going to remain on my diet.
179.7 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
