Wow. This just keeps going! I lost another 900 grams since yesterday. I know a lot of this has been water, but surely some has to be fat also. If it is only water then at least I have gotten rid of a whole bucket full. :)
324.5 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 137.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I lost a total of 16.5 pounds the last two weeks. I am VERY proud of myself. I will post a pic of me holding a HAM(!) of equivalent size, to put things into scale. I have to say, I was very surprised lifting it and realizing how heavy it was.
