30x30's Journal, 16 October 2010

Down another pound. It gets tough after you get that initial water weight loss. It slows down but it does keep going down and that makes me happy!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
