Doing well. I am gaining a bit, so am going to continue with the walking and eating much more sensibly, less red meat and cut out things that might make me gain weight - such as hidden things like too much BBQ sauce, mayo, salt, etc. I have pretty much already eliminated sugar from my diet already so that is not one of the problems. I walked again yesterday 1.5 miles, my arthritis is better actually from forcing myself to walk.
Calories for October 13, 2010: 1880.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

glad your gettin out an getting in some exercise...i to have arthritis in my knees among other places...but i still get my walks or exercise in most days...have a greattttttt day glenn and up swing in your chart, just means you need to focus more on what your eating and tweak the food your eating better...
