Awesome!!! Way to kick off your planned day of recharging your batteries. I totally agree that you absolutely need to set aside some time for yourself, whether it be every day or even every week. Taking that time to check in with yourself & get centered, like you said, goes such a long way towards making the rest of your life run smoothly. The knitting does that for me. Obviously I enjoy it, but the act itself requires just enough concentration to force me to sit still for a while but not so much that I can't think about other things. I don't pick it up every day, but I feel better when I do so sometimes I schedule time for myself to do it. Even 30 min before bed makes a difference. I know all about being Superwoman girl, keep your eye on the prize! :)

I know it's not a lot of scale movement but it's the lowest number I've seen to date so it's a good thing

You are doing great. I bet your measurements are telling the real story! The pics certainly do. My doc also checks the progress with blood work every 3 months, now there is the real story! Don't forget the number on the scale is really just that, a number on a scale!!

Well, I did notice the other day I have some very excellent sexy calves from all the walking/jogging/stairs.
