heartsake's Journal, 23 April 2007

I am eating great but not exercising much at all. I am satisfied with what I eat, which is great. I am very frustrated because I can find so many excuses to not exercise. I want so much to be slim like I used to be. I dream of being that way. I am very proud of what I eat for health reasons.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

It took me a long time to get myself into exercise mode. But now that I bit the bullet it has been 1 month and I feel like exersizing every day. Just start something small.

Hello heartsake. I am in the same boat with the exercising. I think once you get in a good grove on the eating side of the plan then you can put your focus onto the exercise. If you stay commited to this plan you will see the results. Keep it up and happy flushing!
