And once again I am surprised by the scale! I'm down another 2.1lbs! Most surprising is that I wasn't able to make it to the gym more than once again this week. It must be because i'm working and the moving around i'm doing there. That's the only explanation I can think of anyways. But hey, as long as it's going down, that's what counts!! :) I am, however, going to make every effort to get back to the gym 3 times THIS week. I don't see anything hindering me from doing it - but you never know what's gonna happen...that's kinda what happened to me this week. Anyways - here's to a new week! :)
256.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So funny. I am always surprised by the scale too! I just can't believe that I am losing weight. What a thrill it is to step on the scale and see a lower number! Keep up the good work. And perhaps your metablolism has revved up some too. Just stay the course, and the scale will continue to reward you!
