And once again I am surprised by the scale! I'm down another 2.1lbs! Most surprising is that I wasn't able to make it to the gym more than once again this week. It must be because i'm working and the moving around i'm doing there. That's the only explanation I can think of anyways. But hey, as long as it's going down, that's what counts!! :) I am, however, going to make every effort to get back to the gym 3 times THIS week. I don't see anything hindering me from doing it - but you never know what's gonna happen...that's kinda what happened to me this week. Anyways - here's to a new week! :)
