This morning I was 200. I am so close to the 190s, it feels amazing. Next Monday I will be under 200. This is really helping my focus and I will try so hard this week to stay under 1500 calories. Even though it is just one more pound towards my 50 pound goal, there is something emotional for me about being under 200 instead of over 200.
I know it will be a very exciting and happy week for me. My goal was to be 199 by Oct. 9. It will happen!
