Another weekend, another non-recording stretch where I didn't get all my squats in. Which means another week of catch-up.

Still, I lost another pound (probably more, we'll see when I weigh in after waking up), so I must be doing something right!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I stick to 3-4g of carbs per day, and when I'm with my boyfriend, we get a LOT of cardio in, even if it's not traditional exercise, he definitely gets my heart racing. ;)
