Don't know if this is right or not - could've been bloated when last I weighed in at 169 - but I will take it and regroup.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ha - sure - i reckon ... but really i have been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds for a few months now. ;)

I'm there, but instead of 3 it's about 15... I'm practicing my will power. I don't pick at my lip (yep, sorry, disgusting habit - but I'm breaking it) and other dumb, unnecessary habits. I'm hoping it will all help me work on my will power when it comes to food :) (except there is this chocolate lasagna I've seen I want to make...)

well, my three came back in 2 days ... crazy. i need to rethink my diet.

I avoided the donuts today. I think I actually shook as I turned away from them. Dumb. I wish I wasn't like that. Trying to do better with my diet too. Every weekend seems to derail though. Out with a friend tonight (alcohol + dinner = over), BBQ at my sister's on Sunday (pre-snacks + dinner = over), maybe breakfast out with some of my swimmers tomorrow (belgian waffle = over).. I'm trying to snack less, eat better at meals - but it seems so freakin easy to go over!
