The lovely spousal unit and I started the day off with coffee at starbucks, then went to work out. Starting off with coffee and getting adequate time to wake up helps me work out harder. So I had a really good workout today.

Three pounds and two days to make the "10 pounds in two weeks" goal. I'm not giving up, but it's going to be tougher because the last two days are a weekend. I'm going to try to make it a really active weekend -- that will help.
