I decided to print out a list of all the low and medium GI foods so that I can have something to work with. Is it me or are there really not that many foods listed? Any list I pull up online seems to only list about maybe 30 to 50 foods. This doesn't make sense to me. Is there a book available? i.e. carb counting, they have tons of books, inches thick of foods listed with their carb counts.
Glad to see a 2 lb. drop from yesterday. I was conscious of my food intake. I started out my day logging my foods but then forgot after mid morning snack. LOL I'll try better today to make it through lunch.

There's a GREAT book called "Complete IDIOT'S guide to Glycemic Index Weight Loss by Lucy Beale and Joan Clark. I got the book for Christmas. It is very very good.
