First week back and I feel I did pretty good. But I didn't lose A pound. Yesterday 3! people in completely different situations all told me that I should go to Weight Watchers. So I checked it out. It's cost is prohibitive though. I think I will continue to give it a go on my own. Keeping a mindful eye on my caloric intake, fats, and sugars. Also I increased the amount of days per week I go to the gym and added a group training session 1-2X per week for the next two months. I know I can do this and my visual goal is that pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller hanging from my curtain rod. Plus the weather is getting nicer so I will add a morning walk on the days that I go to the gym in the evening. The most discouraging thing is the that all this exercise is making me so tired! So not having the energy to accomplish the other things in my life is getting me discouraged. But I'm not giving up.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
