Finally! Woo Hoo! It better not go back up either. And to make sure, I went shopping today and bought tons of fruits and veggies. Oh and some oreo snack packs. I will not be deprived either, but if i buy the way overpriced snack packs at least I'll only eat a serving size. So with renewed vigor~ back to work tomorrow with ham sammies, salads, Vitamuffins for breaky, jello, and my sweet treats. Still doing team training at the gym even though i missed today. Big help. huge help. and i've been going 3-4 days per week anyway. I CAN DO THIS!
