Well that's enough to keep me on this diet for another week.

I recently switched from a 5+1 to a 4+2 on the concept that it will make me less miserable with the diet and also the extra calories might be needed to keep me out of starvation mode.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
