Hunger was pretty bad last night even when around 2800 Cal. I also woke up very hungry this morning and was having a very vivid dream about food. I think I was eating steak, potatos and peas. Since the start of the refeed, I find my self craving more fat though the ammount that I've been eating hasen't changed. I will try a bit of an increase. I seem to be experiencing a woosh. My calories are at maintainance but weight is dropping.
