Doing well. Slight gain, but I had carbs this week. I had pizza one night. I have to stop eating that and I'll be OK. My carb maintenance level will be around 60 probably with exercise. I'm not exercising at a gym yet. I'm going to get my profile up on dating sites ASAP once my sister can get my picture up. There are at least four sites I want to go on. I have confidence now that I lost weight. Failed challenge, no time for recipes. My oven is broken and my landlord is going to fix it so I don't care much about cooking anything special. I use the microwave or a toaster oven. My family members do their own things, I found friends to spend the holidays with. I will move to Arizona or perhaps the Florida Keys if I get published. I hope to have a girlfriend by then. Measurements the same chest 41" waist 37".
Monday - 42 carbs
Tuesday - 45 carbs
Wednesday - 255 carbs
Thursday - 58 carbs
Friday - 95 carbs
Saturday - 54 carbs
Sunday - 50 carbs
I need to limit carb intake, though calorie intake has been low. I'm eating around friends who are not following any kind of diet. If I eat with them I'll only eat the low carb foods. Arthritis pain just in back, not as severe as it was from June to September, thank goodness. I will be stricter on myself so I don't gain weight. I may join a gym next week. It may be a way to meet women. For some reason I'm finally fed up with being alone, which is a good thing. I think being overweight made me lack any confidence to date. :) The weight registered was a gain from one week - I did not do a weigh in Saturday morning!!!! It just registered when I put in a diet tip!!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glenn, just a suggestion, but the recipes don't have to be fancy. Even a protein shake recipe or whatever is fine too. Good luck on the dating sites. Confidence goes a long way.
