Day 56 (Week 8): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 2 Cruise to Lose!

Good Morning!!! Calm waters (peace of mind) and a brisk wind (good exercise) to all! I hope this day finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!


So I hopped on the Wii last night and tried the free step. Which means you set it to go, then go watch something else. I popped in LoTR: Fellowship, set the Wii for 1/2 hour and stepped for 30 minutes! I barely got through the big birthday party! Can you imagine how much exercise I will get when I get through all three movies???? Wii Age was at 28 I think last night. 3rd day in a row it is lower than my real age!!!! So must not be a fluke though it is pretty wildly fluctuating! 22 the first night, 31 the second and down to 28 last night LOL Still it means my balance and agility are improving and that is way cool!


Old Man Scale: I was up a 1/2 lb but i have SOOO learned not to fret these little blips this time around!! It will melt away tomorrow or the day after. I am tempted to not record it for my BWW team....ah well we shall see what tomorrow holds. It's still a loss :)


Calorie goals are my norm 15-1800, really getting there on the 200minute exercise goal! I can so do this!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 2.5 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 12.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. I can almost feel it!)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (almost there! Stay on target!!) then 240 then on down, down down!

Be careful not to do TOO much Wii time! You'll regress to infancy! I like to watch movies while I'm on the treadmill - it keeps me going longer. My scale isn't saying nice things, either. Let's hope the other BWWs are doing well!

We will rock the boat, don't you worry, AmryK! VERY temp set back. Remember TOM's visiting and he and Old Man Scale get a little riled up around each other :) I did my full blown Yoga tonight it felt soooooo very good. I just LOVE that class!
