Okay, tried to fix my weight loss tracker and for some reason it didn't work. Darnit! Good learning experience, I suppose. lol
I've been doing okay, lately. Have slipped into a bad habit of NOT going to the gym, however, have really cut back on my sugar intake. I'm pleased with myself in that regard. It has been difficult but I'm managing.
234.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight

Great on getting that evil sugar down!!! =D That my dear, is AWESOME! Maybe send a lil note to fs and see if they can restore your settings for you?? I would be disappointed, myself if I lost the number of lbs lost, too. You didn't goto the gym last night?? I thought for sure that you did!! lol Try to get in there tonight, even if only for 30mins. :) YOU can do it! Rock it up, sista!! :)

No, I pickled beets last night. lol Not to mention Cierra took a late nap and didn't wake up until about 5:30 pm. So, was stuck at work until she woke up. Okay, so I 'helped' her wake up... lol (by putting her toys away). I haven't been to the gym, though, in about a week and before that...maybe 2 weeks? I don't know what the deal is. I seem to have lost my 'umph', but I'm working on mustering it up again. I do have the gym clothes in the car today.

How do I contact the FS people to ask them to reset my starting weight?

look down at the very bottom of your screen... in what is a blue area.. at the right side bottom in darker blue is "contact" ... click that. :) good luck.

One step at a time. That sucks that the weight thing still isn't working...I'd contact them as well. They're really nice and always respond!

I'm sure that the sugar intake is much more important to control being on South Beach than the exercise level is. Kudos! Even though exercise is an indispensable component of the permanent weight loss equation, in my opinion, the food element is the most crucial to get under control first. Hang in there and keep working to balance the two sides of the coin. You'll be successful, for sure!
